Production Process
Our factory features advanced production equipment including bending calibration machines, hydraulic plate shears, slitting machines, 208T hydraulic straighteners, and more - all dedicated to manufacturing high-quality steel poles.
The fabrication process includes: plate cutting, bending, forming, automatic welding, hole drilling, pre-galvanization quality checks, hot dip galvanizing, powder coating, and final quality inspection according to client specifications.
